PFA Lined Plug Valves
Fully Teflon (PFA) lined plug valve offering for when 100.% shut-off is an absolute requirement! ASTM A216 Gr. WCB carbon steel, PFA lined body/flange faces with a duplex stainless steel ASTM A890 Gr. 4A (CD3MN), PFA lined plug prevents stem twisting/valve "freezing" issues of other plug valves when left in one posotion without cycling regularly (due to the relatively high torque requirement).
Plug valve features include:
thick one-piece continuous lining that fully covers all wetted surfaces of the valve body and face of flange;
360.degree sealing surface (as much as x10 greater than other lined valve designs) assures drop-tight shut-off;
omni-directional sealing, independent of line pressure;
zero cavity between body lining and plug;
in-line adjustable (to re-seat plug) without disturbing valve installation
