PTFE Lined Convoluted Hose (PureFlex)
PTFE Lined Hose Assemblies
Available in two distinct styles : smooth bore (typically for smaller diameters) and convoluted (typically larger diameters and/or higher required flexibility).
PTFE offers the following features and benefits for your transfer connector (process flow) requirements: extremely broad chemical compatibility; non-stick surface; FDA-approval; CIP (clean-in-place) and SIP (steam-in-place); (black) conductive liner optional, where available.
Smooth Bore (-65. to +450.deg.F)
1/8” up to 1-1/4” hose diameter, with stainless steel exterior braiding (std.)
Other available exterior options:
Polypropylene exterior braiding, Kynar exterior braiding, silicone sleeve outer cover, bare hose, available with heat shrink color coding and/or text boxes for positive identification.
Available end fittings:
NPT(M) male and (F) female; JIC; sanitary ferrule (tri-clamp) (also bevel seat, I-line and butt weld ends); flanged and flare-thru flanged (316SS or higher alloy available); cam & groove (cam-lock); compression fittings.

Convoluted (-65. to +450.deg.F)
1/2” up to 6” hose diameter, with stainless steel exterior braiding (std.);
lower bend radius/higher flexibility, self-draining.
Other available exterior options:
