Lined Pipe and Fittings
PTFE lined pipe and fittings in 1/2" thru 24" size in both carbon steel and stainless steel housings. Available in ANSI Class 150, Class 300 and DIN flange dimensions.
All pipe and fittings fully comply with ASTM F1545 standards.
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) liner ASTM D4894/D4895
Perfluoralkoxy (PFA) liner ASTM D3307
Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) liner ASTM D3159
Pipe 1" thru 6" Sch.40 ASTM A106 Gr.B; 8" thru 24" Sch.20 ASTM A106 Gr.B (pipe spools fabricated to +/- 1/8" length tolerance);
Flanges ASTM A105 ANSI B16.5 150#
Pipe and fitting testing: 100.% visual check, 100.% dimensional check, 100.% spark tested @ 15.kVDC, 100.% hydrotest per ASTM F1545.
